All orders usually ship within 3-7 business days from the day you receive an Order Shipped email.
If your tracking information hasn't appeared within 7 business days, please let us know and we'll look into it for you.
Please note that we are closed for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singaporean Public Holidays.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
If you wish to change your address within 6 hours after your order has been placed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details, and we will try our best to facilitate the change.
Do note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds and exchanges on any products.
However, we may be able to cancel your order WITHIN 6 HOURS so that we can start fresh. Please email us as soon as possible with the subject title "Cancellation" and your order number. We'll let you know what we can do.
In the unlikely event that your new products irritate your skin persistently, you may be allergic to one or more ingredients, in which case you should stop using the product.
